If a carby comfort casserole offends you, then maybe you should look away. This is cheesy, salty and ripe for a warm sweet Hawaiian role. It’s also good for taking a casserole dinner to someone because it fills up a 9×13 and is kid friendly. It is *not* good for your bikini body.
CHICKEN TETRAZZINI
16 oz. linguine
4 chicken breasts, cooked, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Combine chicken, soup, salt, pepper and cheeses while noodles cook. Stir in noodles and pour into a 9×13. Cook 45 min covered at 300. Remove foil to cook another 10 minutes.
If you’re taking this to a friend, likely they don’t need the added burden of keeping track of and returning a container. I’m linking some casserole dishes here that you could leave as a gift:
Anchor glass square dish (I have this one and use it alllll the time)
Of course, a pretty casserole for your own kitchen never hurt anyone. ENJOY!
