Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole

casserole with flower napkin

If a carby comfort casserole offends you, then maybe you should look away. This is cheesy, salty and ripe for a warm sweet Hawaiian role. It’s also good for taking a casserole dinner to someone because it fills up a 9×13 and is kid friendly. It is *not* good for your bikini body. ⁣
⁣
CHICKEN TETRAZZINI ⁣
⁣
16 oz. linguine ⁣
4 chicken breasts, cooked, diced ⁣
2 cans cream of chicken soup⁣
1/2 cup chicken broth⁣
1 tsp salt⁣
1/2 tsp pepper ⁣
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese ⁣
2 cups mozzarella cheese⁣
⁣
Combine chicken, soup, salt, pepper and cheeses while noodles cook. Stir in noodles and pour into a 9×13. Cook 45 min covered at 300. Remove foil to cook another 10 minutes. ⁣

If you’re taking this to a friend, likely they don’t need the added burden of keeping track of and returning a container. I’m linking some casserole dishes here that you could leave as a gift:

Green Vietri with lid

Anchor glass square dish (I have this one and use it alllll the time)

8×8 blue square ceramic

9×13 pyrex with lid

⁣Of course, a pretty casserole for your own kitchen never hurt anyone. ENJOY!
